It is with great sadness that I have to report that Sensei Tommy Mountford passed away on the morning of 19th December 2022.

Tommy had been part of our team for around 6 months and was a respected Instructor. He was Sensei Fred's orginal teacher many years ago, and started to attend our classes earlier in the year for the pure enjoyment of Karate and teaching it. We are grateful for the time we knew him.

Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time and he will be missed.

I plan to attend the funeral to pay our respects to him.
