CoronaVirus Update

13th March 2020

Due to the outbreak of CoronaVirus please note the following IMPORTANT points with immediate effect:

1. Classes are all operating as normal. Should anything change it will be posted on our websites news page and on the club Facebook page. Please keep a frequent check at:

2. If you are unwell, please do not attend training sessions. You will be missed, but I would rather you take the time to get well and return fully recovered and not passing illness on to others. Please also follow advice from Public Health England.

3. Please wash your hands thoroughly BEFORE and AFTER classes and during if necessary. Good hygiene is very important.

4. Partner work - if during the time of this outbreak you do not wish to take part in partner work (which involves contact for drills, fighting etc), then please let me know BEFORE class starts and I will accommodate your request - no offence will be taken by anyone.
